The LINK is a collaboration between Nucleus Coffee Tools and Kaffelogic to develop a professional unit specifically tailored to make sample roasting easier, more reliable and effortless. The project has been driven by an experienced team who have roasted coffee for several world champions over many years of various WCE competitions. Their goal was to use their experience to find solutions to some of the issues often encountered in sample roasting and empower users of all skill levels to roast better coffee. LINK vision is to provide a wider access to knowledge and technology while staying accessible and affordable. This product has been designed for our whole supply chain, with a special emphasis on coffee producers and exporters.
For the development of the Nucleus LINK, Sam Corra was brought on board to build a new model designed for coffee professionals to use in cupping labs as well as to design competition coffees, or special curated coffee programs. This new unit allows professionals from the whole supply chain to have access to a reliable and affordable electric commercial sample roaster.
